Zina is probably my favorite of Joseph's wives. I highly recommend listening to her story on the Year of Polygamy podcast, or to read the chapter about her in Todd Compton's book " In Sacred Loneliness " I painted Zina holding a picture of her husband Henry Jacobs. Joseph and Brigham both married Zina while she was married to Henry. Henry wrote love letters to Zina all thru her life. Her story will rip your heart out. This is an acrylic painting on a 24x24 wood canvas. I haven't decided on a title yet.
